The site is an informational resource describing the studio's services, products, and team, and a means of contacting us. Some pages may offer waitlist sign-ups or other early-access opportunities. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the site. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The site does not require an account. If you submit a waitlist or contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and to receive transactional emails in response. You may opt out of further communications by replying to any such email.

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, code, design, and arrangement — is the property of PivotStack LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The PivotStack name, mark, and logo are trademarks of PivotStack LLC.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the site or any portion of it without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the site, its servers, or related networks.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without prior written authorization.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PIVOTSTACK LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PivotStack LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the site, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the site are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the site after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
